1. Preliminary pages are very attractive.
2. Early pages are according to the level of the students.
3. The writers have used flowery language.
4. Islamic topics have been discussed.
5. Daily used languages have been used.
6. Publication year is mentioned.
7. City and publication agency are also indicated.
Main Body
1. Competent educationists set the curriculum.
2. Historical events have not been discussed in detail lesson flags.
3. Way of writing is outstanding.
4. Audio visual aids are used properly.
5. Preposition and correct use of verb have not been given according to student level.
6. Self assessments exercised have been given properly.
7. Direct grammar translation methods both are used in this book.
8. The lesson “season” is very informative.
9. In poems ryhmin scheme is very beautiful used.
10. The students are not confused while reading this book.
11. Text book is free from errors and omissions.
12. Text book is free from misconceptions.
13. Diagrams/illustrations are properly given.
14. Diagram / illustrations seem attractive because those are colorful.
15. Paragraphs are properly inserted.
16. Writing style of text is attractive and charming.
17. Numbers of paragraphs on each page are sufficient.
18. Almost same types of questions are given in self assessment exercises. Mostly questions are from the lesion, so, the learners cram the answers from the lesion and can not give their own words. They do not bother about thinking over questions.
19. Adequate learning activities are not included to explain the different concept.
SUGESSIONS FOR THE ENGLISH BOOK VI PUBLISHED BY PUNJAB TEXT BOOK LAHORE
1. The title page of the book and the diagrams should be colorful, attractive and elegant.
2. Sub heading should also be in each unit excluding the poem.
3. Self assessment should be based on all the skills, listing, speaking, reading and writing.
4. Pronunciation should be given importance.
